Intel Sued for Allegedly Defective, Exploding Phones

Intel is being sued by Brazilian smartphone and device manufacturer Qbex, over allegations that the company deliberately sold faulty SoFIA smartphone SoCs and failed to fix them within a reasonable period of time.
